HDC’s Academy of Excellence (AOE) provides players with a uniquely comprehensive development program that covers all areas of player development including:

• Individual Skill Sessions (Goalie, Defence, Forwards)

• Small Area Games

• Tactical and System practices

• Showcase weekends (Numbers vary by Team) 

• Over 120 hours of Team Development

• Primetime Practices

•  Track suits, toque, water bottle, backpacks and dryland gear, Team Uniforms (PHL only)- Supplied by HDC, 

• Coaching, Team Snap & Insurance

• Discounts on HDC's Developmental programs and clinics
